I want everyone at EMC to know how much I appreciate the work you did to help us recover from the school fire on March 10, 2007, and the work leading to the construction of Nemaha Valley Elementary and Middle School.  Our students are now in the beautiful new building and are enjoying the surroundings.

 

Through the entire period I found every person I worked with at EMC very professional and helpful.  What could have been a complex maze of insurance laws and regulations was made understandable for us by the EMC staff.  While any organization who has suffered such a significant loss hopes for easy answers, I came to appreciate that EMC was providing everything possible under our policy.

On February 28th of this year, I totalled my pickup. After my daughter's experience I thought, "Here we go again." I was dreading the expected delays from our insurance company. But to my delight, we received a check for full payment by March 6th, six days later. I am still receiving calls from a company representative, to assist me with my medical claims from the accident. I feel very pleased with the company's response, and I want to thank Allied Insurance and everyone involved, especially my agent, Bryan Schmitz.
